To mark the 2025 edition of the Mois Molière, the theatre and music festival organised by the City of Versailles, the Centre de musique baroque de Versailles is organising another Harpsichord Day, this year devoted to the oboe.
Concerts, presentations and an exhibition will punctuate the afternoon, in partnership with the association Clavecin en France. The event will showcase the harpsichords and oboes recently rebuilt for the production of Atys (2024), the first recording projects by young harpsichordists, and the CMBV's new Découvertes collection dedicated to the oboe, illustrated by students from conservatoires.
