The CMBV is launching a call to choir schools and youth choirs from France or abroad to participate in the recording of motets for a digital publication of two 17th century manuscripts.
In a project headed by Jean Duron, the CMBV is producing a digital publication of two key collections of French sacred music from the first half of the 17th century, namely the Deslauriers manuscript (293 works) and the Tours-168 manuscript (99 works). The latter collection was published in October 2021, see https://omeka.cmbv.fr.
