Investigate the well-kept secrets of 22 Avenue de Paris in Versailles: these buildings, constructed under Louis XV, are steeped in more than three centuries of history. By following this treasure hunt, you will discover numerous anecdotes ranging from the splendour of the King's court to the present day, including the highlights of the French Revolution.

Researcher at the CMBV and coordinator of the AcadéC project (funded by the French National Research Agency), Bénédicte Hertz invites you on a journey through the provinces in search of the first concert institutions, whose creation permanently transformed the musical landscape of France during the Age of Enlightenment, all the way to Paris and the Court.
