In the context of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, the Académie Baroque de Versailles is canceled.
The CMBV will be holding its first academy of French baroque song, music and dance in Versailles from 8th to 13th July 2021.
The Académie Baroque de Versailles caters to conservatoire students, students in further education and professional and amateur musicians from France and worldwide who wish to discover or specialise in French baroque song, music and dance. Headed by leading repertoire specialists, world class instruction is provided throughout the week week in the prestigious setting of Versailles, with group classes, chamber music & orchestra sessions, workshops, conferences, guided tours and concerts. Versailles is the venue for a host of public events to promote French baroque music.
The Académie takes place across various venues in Versailles (the CMBV, Versailles regional conservatoire and Centre Lully Vauban).
