This information is collected for the legitimate purpose of creating and managing a user account, allowing the CMBV to dispatch orders and invoices, gather statistical data and, if required, automatically process or profile user data as per CMBV marketing policy to propose further services.

Creating a PROFESSIONAL CLIENT ACCOUNT allows users to log in with their email address and personal password for subsequent purchases.
This information is collected for the legitimate purpose of creating and managing a PROFESSIONAL CLIENT ACCOUNT, allowing users to access CMBV private pages (authentication required) and specific content.

Our platform has mailing lists for the following electronic newsletters:
- A general newsletter containing CMBV news
- A Cercle Rameau newsletter for Cercle Rameau members and CMBV sponsors detailing our projects and special events
- A Boutique Newsletter with updates about CMBV online publications, sheet music, CDs and DVDs.
Simply tick the boxes in the forms provided so we can effect the transmission.
Every transmission contains a hypertext link allowing users to unsubscribe whenever they choose.
Our mailing lists are managed by the Mailchimp web portal.
The Centre de musique baroque de Versailles will gather only the relevant data necessary.
4. Personal data
The Centre de musique baroque de Versailles may use the following personal details:
- Surname, first name, date of birth
- Phone number, email address, postal address
5. Recipients
Only the Centre de musique baroque de Versailles receives personal user data, whether individual or aggregate, and it is not transmitted to a third party under any circumstances, notwithstanding CMBV subcontractors (see Section 7 below for further details). - Online bank payments: When purchasing online by bank card, the data required to process orders (Surname, First Name & Email address) is sent securely to the relevant banking platform PAYBOX SYSTEMS. No bank details are collected or stored on our platform during this process.
- Routing of transactional mails: To ensure proper delivery of our transactional mails (confirming creation of account, orders, etc.) via our email routing platform.
- Mailing lists: To manage (unsubscribe, etc.) mailing lists and route the relevant data.
- Sales and customer analyses
- For marketing and management purposes we may be required to conduct automatic data processing (profiling) or semi-automatic data processing (querying) for statistical surveys, sales monitoring and the transmission of product information & special offers.
- Users may exercise their right to object free of charge at any time by contacting us at the address indicated in the introduction to our Privacy Policy.

8. Data protection
