The CMBV bibliographic database lists writings on French Baroque music published since 1800 and contains more than 18,000 references. These writings are catalogued and indexed with keywords, allowing precise searches and highly refined results. The database can therefore be used to obtain lists of references on specific topics relating to French music of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
Previously accessible via the PHILIDOR portal, the library catalogue now hosts the CMBV bibliographic database. Select “in the bibliographic database” to choose your search area and explore the database references.
